Refund policy

If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a replacement or refund. Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.

For made-to-order pieces (personalized items), refunds are evaluated case by case — reach out and we’ll work it out.

To start a return, email dailyfindusa@outlook.com with your order number and a quick note.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
