How long does shipping take?

Most items ship from U.S. warehouses and arrive in about 2 business days. A few items ship from our overseas warehouse and take about 8–12 days. The estimate for your item is shown at checkout, and every order includes tracking.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside our shipping area, email us and we'll see what we can do.

Can I customize an item?

Most items come as shown. When a product offers options — like a style, size, or finish — you'll see those choices right on the product page.

What is your return policy?

If something isn't right, or arrives less than perfect, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. Just reach out and we'll take care of you.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll email your tracking. You can also reach us any time with your order number and we'll check on it for you.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Checkout is encrypted and handled through Shopify's secure payment system — we never see or store your full card details.
